DESCRIPTION
The inspiration for the design of this sofa, a species of Lithops, is the eponymous succulent plant of the “living stones”: the planar, asymmetrical seat is enveloped by a sculptural backrest that acts as the supporting element of the system. Thinner in the central part, this increases in thickness at its ends, embracing the upholstery and generating a welcoming fluidity of soft lines and sharp volumes.
